Bebek Park Istanbul is in the European region of the country. This is one of Istanbul’s oldest and most prestigious neighbourhoods. In 1908, the park was open for walking, but it was closed ten years later. In 2008, it was given a makeover. Ermanno Casasco, a well-known Italian architect, was involved in the project. He fractured the track in new locations that were more comfortable for walking, expanded the area to 16 000 square metres, and planted exquisite ornamental plants that shaded ancient giants. The green zone now covers 9000 square metres, more than half of the Bebek Park Istanbul.
There is a playground for children, adult relaxation spaces with cafes, and grounds for strolling dogs in the park. The park is positioned along the Bosphorus waterfront and offers beautiful views as a free add-on. The fish restaurant, which is situated between the water and the park, is well worth a visit. These shrimp, crab, and octopus are reported to be unavailable anyplace else in Turkey.
There are numerous stores in the Bebek Park Istanbul selling a variety of souvenirs, useful items, fast food, and toys. There are various images of joyous street artists, animators, and clowns engraved on the background of the strait. Adults appreciate the tranquilly and greenery.
The Grand Bazaar and the Egyptian Bazaar, Galata Bridge and Galata Tower, historic mosque, and Taksim Square are all within walking distance of the park. Well, maybe not a few steps, but certainly within walking distance. So you may go around the beautiful Bebek Park Istanbul while also seeing what this famous international city has to offer.

The Egyptian Consulate Building
One of the most beautiful waterfront structures on the Bosphorus. The last Khedive of Egypt commissioned this beautiful art nouveau house. Like many other structures along the Bosphorus, it was constructed at the end of the nineteenth century. According to legend, Ottoman Sultan Abdülmecid was smitten by the Bosphorus. To appreciate the view of the Bosphorus, he first built an ornate pavillion at Topkap Palace.
Meanwhile, Nikoos Balyan (the principal architect) was busy constructing the magnificent Dolmabahce Palace for him. A waterfront palace in the most beautiful part of the Bosphorus. Abcülmecid relocated from his traditional Topkap Palace to a European-style Bosphorus Palace.
